What we do, and what we do not.

Nida Thai Massage is a therapeutic massage practice offering traditional Thai massage, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai herbal compress, relaxing oil massage and couples treatments.

No intimate or sexual services of any kind are offered or available. A request for one ends the appointment.

Massage is not medical treatment and nothing here is offered as one. Nida does not diagnose conditions, does not advise on medication, and will not tell you what is wrong with your back. If something is painful, persistent or new, see your GP or a physiotherapist. Massage sits alongside that, not instead of it.

• Every treatment begins with a consultation about pressure, problem areas and anything to avoid.
• You are draped with a towel throughout every oil treatment. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
• You undress only to your own comfort, and you can stop or change the pressure at any point.
• Traditional Thai massage is performed fully clothed, in loose cotton clothes provided on the day.
• Appointments are one-to-one, by name, booked and paid through Fresha or in person.

Please mention it when you book, and speak to your GP first, if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, undergoing medical treatment, or taking blood-thinning medication. Some treatments will be adapted and occasionally one is better postponed. That conversation is quick and it is not nosy.

Nida has 15 years in practice. Her qualification, insurance and professional body details will be published here once they have been confirmed and checked, and not before.
