Who we are
Nida Thai Massage is the data controller for the personal data described here. The practice trades from 9 West Way, Wimbotsham, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE34 3PZ. You can reach us on 07783 745491 or at phanidathaimassage@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why

You never have to tell us anything about your health. If you choose not to, we may adapt or decline a treatment where it would not be safe to proceed without knowing.
Who else sees it
- Fresha operates the booking system and processes card payments. Your name, contact details and appointment history are held there.
- Wix hosts this website and handles any message sent through it.
- HMRC and our accountant, for payment records only, where the law requires it.
Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing. What you tell Nida in the treatment room is not written down anywhere beyond what is needed to treat you safely.
How long it is kept
- Contact and appointment records: three years after your last visit.
- Health information you have given us: three years after your last visit, then deleted.
- Payment and tax records: six years, as HMRC requires.
- Website analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email phanidathaimassage@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first, but you do not have to.
