Booking and cancellation
Short version: give as much notice as you can, because a slot that goes unfilled is the whole hour gone.
How to book
Through Fresha, which confirms instantly and shows live availability. Or ring 07783 745491, or send a WhatsApp. There are no walk-ins: it is one therapist and one room, so a slot has to exist before you arrive.
Changing or cancelling
Move or cancel through Fresha, or ring. The earlier the better. There is no cancellation fee at present, and that stays true as long as people keep giving reasonable notice.
If you are running late
Ring and say so. The treatment will still finish at the booked time so the next appointment is not pushed back, and the full price applies. Fifteen minutes of a sixty-minute massage is still worth having, but it is better to move it.
If you are unwell
Please do not come in with a cold, a stomach bug or a temperature. Ring and move it; there is no penalty for that and never will be. It is a small room.
Before you book
Tell us when booking if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, undergoing medical treatment or on blood-thinning medication, and speak to your GP first. It takes a minute and occasionally it changes what is sensible.
