Nida Thai Massage
Not a spa. A treatment room, and someone who knows what she is doing.
There is no reception, no upsell and no playlist of panpipes. There is one room in a village a mile north of Downham Market, one therapist, and a diary that fills up with the same names month after month.
Nida trained in Thailand and has been working with her hands for fifteen years. Her regulars book deep tissue because she finds the thing they came in with. Her first-timers book the relaxing massage and come back for the herbal compress, because nobody expects that one.

West Way runs off the main road through the village. There is off-road parking directly outside, so you are not hunting for a space before a treatment — which is more than most massage places in this part of Norfolk can say.
